Some schools may have network or firewall settings that can impact teachers and students from properly using Along.
Before you start using Along, you should work with your school or district IT team in order to add our domain and emails to your allowlist. Please share these instructions with your IT Director to implement.
Allowlist Domain
Please add our domain to the allowlist of your school’s or district’s firewalls and content filters:
- along.org
- app.along.org
Allowlist Email Addresses
Please add our domains to the allowlist of your school’s or district’s email service provider:
- @along.org
- @gradientlearning.org
Configuring Access to Along.org in Google Workspace Security
If needed, configure Along.org's access via Google Workspace Security
- Go to Google Workspace Security
- Go to API Controls
- Look for the “___ apps pending review” link
- Along should be on this list
- Change access to app may request access to “limited”
