Most camera issues can be resolved by completing one of the following steps:
- Update your Chrome browser to the latest version.
- Make sure no other program or website is using your camera.
- Restart your device.
Update Camera Driver (PCs)
If you're not able to use your computer's camera on other websites in addition to Along, you may have an issue with your PC's camera driver.
Please follow the instructions here to uninstall and reinstall your camera driver (Windows).
Reset the System Management Controller (Mac)
If your built-in camera isn't working on your Mac on other websites in addition to Along, please follow the troubleshooting steps here before trying to reset the System Management Controller (SMC).
